Customer feedback is healthy...the good and the bad.  

The bad is actually the best...take your medicine and then take some action.

On-line surveys are an excellent way to gather input.

On-line surveys are very efficient and can provide incredible insights.

To be effective however, they need to be carefully designed.  In addition, they must be integrated into the overall out reach plan.
